Flu -Xpress has moved to new offices in Slough.

During 2022, following a period of considerable growth, Flu- Xpress has had several exciting changes, including moving our Head Quarters to larger premises in Slough enabling us to bring our office-based client service team and our National Distribution Centre under one roof for the first time. Slough Estates has continued to work with us during the last year to relocate us into an amazing new facility, which has meant we have also been able to expand our client service team.

Bringing on board a new member to the Senior Leadership Team

We are also excited to announce the appointment of Susan Brooks, who has joined us as Sales Director, bringing with her 15 years of experience from the employee benefits sector, where she held a leadership role in one of the largest UK consultancies. Susan’s previous roles included supporting organisations in their employee health and wellbeing strategies, focussing on the health and engagement of employees and mitigation of risk.

Susan said about her new role at Flu-Xpress “In my role as Sales Director, I will be responsible for our third-party relationships, working in partnership with employee benefits consultancies and occupational health providers in the development and support of their client relationships. Our purpose is to bring our passion and clinical expertise to every organisation we work with, helping them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals, protect their employees and deliver their duty of care.”

There has been significant investment in upscaling the team

Flu -Xpress has experienced extraordinary growth over the last year, and we we have doubled the size of the nursing team and recruited additional staff in our client service team. Our team at Flu Xpress are ready and well prepared for the effects of the so-called Twindemic, where the UK is expected to follow the experiences of the Southern Hemisphere where countries like Australia are reporting their worse flu season for years alongside the expected Autumn Covid infection increases.

Our business teams are ready for your call

We are already rolling out client’s vaccination programmes across the UK, with our nursing staff working closely with our clients onsite to administer the vaccinations delivered by cold chain sealed boxes to the client premises ahead of their arrival. We are now starting to see the benefits of our hybrid mode of vaccination programme delivery, with some of our clients tailoring their service to provide their remote workers, logistics and transport teams with Flu Xpress digital or printed vouchers and the benefit of being able to choose a local chemist to have their flu vaccination, rather than having to come into the offices or facility.

If you are looking for an experienced and proactive company for this year’s flu vaccination program for your business, contact us today to find out how we can support you.
